๐ Am I Becoming That Outdoorsy Dude? ๐
And why the team matters most.
๐ฅณ First Time Team-Time
You see, in my personal blog, I donโt write much about my work stuff. I mean, there is another newsletter for that ๐
Senler Media Weekly โ senlermedia.substack.com
We share what we did this week, special announcements and our findings of the week.
This was the first time that the Senler-Team were at the same place at the same time. Why? Well, the crew grew during the pandemic and we have never met like this before.
We were jumping trampoline, playing minigolf, high ropes course, hiking and swimming and of course eating, drinking and watching the football game #SUIESP.
We had great talks and started to know each other better. The best part? We didnโt talk about work for a second!
Here are some thoughts:
- I feel very blessed to be able to work with such wonderful individuals
- As nice home office can be, it is crucial to see each other in real life
- We are human beings: social, curious
- Iโm not a fan of classic office life; however Iโd like to bring it back partially. How?
- 1 day every week or every two weeks we should meet, discuss and have a drink together. How is this going to look like? Maybe with easy co-working spaces in Zurich, Basel, and Bern.
๐ Outdoorsy Shmoutdoorsy
As you may know by now, I like to run and this week, I finished with over 38km, which is awesome. I also did two fantastic trail runs.
I enjoyed a lot being out in the woods, at a lake and in between trees and leaves. I guess Iโm becoming more outdoorsy (but now โlets-camp-outside-for-ever-outdoorsy)
โค๏ธ Working and Loving ๐
You see, I live, love and work with Jacky, which makes me the luckiest ginger dude on the planet. So to be able to share these different journeys with here is nothing I take for granted.
What else?
- ๐ฅ I shot a new YouTube video which will be available this week. Itโs about how Apple didnโt repair my CHF 350.- and why I canโt recommend the Beats Studio 3 Wireless (anymore).
- ๐ We bought some books (again):
Alright, you awesome people! If youโre here, you made it to the end of this issue. But, before I let you go and start the new week, donโt forget:
Worry about things if there are things to worry about. Otherwise, enjoy everything as much as you can.
Let me know how you liked this issue and what you would like to know more (or less) about. And donโt forget to forward the newsletter to people you think might be interested in my doings and thoughts. ๐
Have a great start to the week ๐
